PD-08ZX-S automatic double-headed tin dipping machine is designed for silicone wire, Teflon wire, PVC wire, coaxial wire and other kinds of electronic wire bundles to complete the four actions of cutting, stripping, twisting (optional) and tin dipping in one. Very fine wires and very short wires can be processed. The machine is operated digitally with PLC and HMI as the core control system, easy to learn and understand, for different processing specifications only screen input parameters do not require too much manual adjustment, truly automated work. The tool holder, front peeling part and rear peeling part are designed as modules to avoid the gap between the tool holders after a period of time due to the wear and tear of the machinery. The moving parts of the screw, guide rail, bearing and cylinder are all imported brands, making the machine stable and processing products with high precision.
