The PD-05DT automatic single-head terminal dipping and tin dipping machine is designed for auto wire harnesses, home appliance harnesses, lamp harnesses, battery leads, motor leads and other wires to automatically complete a series of actions: cutting, peeling, twisting, single-head terminal dipping and single-head tin dipping. The servo motor and the imported ball screw drive together to make the wire feeding, peeling, end punching and tin dipping positions very accurate and fast, and the action between each other is smoothly connected. The wire feeding is done by pulling the wire clip and the end punching position is the clip to clip the wire and send it to the press terminal position, which avoids the inaccurate wrapping and long and short wires. Knife frame parts, front peeling parts, back peeling parts from the traditional gear structure, changed to the module design structure, to avoid the use of a period of time between the wear and tear of machinery resulting in the accuracy of the knife frame parts, cutting knife depth only screen input parameters do not require any manual adjustment. It is truly automatic. The knife holder is driven by a servo motor for precision.
The machine is easy to operate with touch screen. The data adjustment can change the stripping and cutting length, cutting depth, hitting end position and tin dipping time, saving time for the adjuster.

Machine features

2、The range of wire production can be from AWG18 ---AWG30 Teflon, silicone PVC, double parallel wire, row of wire, etc., with a wide range of practicality;
3、The crimping position of the wire is fed by the clamps, which is sent to the crimping position and pressed against the terminal, making the crimping effect more accurate and avoiding the error caused by the rotation of the clamps. The twisting method adopts two clamping methods, which can be adjusted by clamping the half-peeled rubber to change the tightness of the twisted wire, so that the twisted wire can be straight and flat;
4、The machine dip tin angle close to 90 degrees dip, so that the wire diameter dip tin degree average (dip depth accurate) and dip tin time dip tin depth can be set by themselves, more convenient for workers on different specifications of the wire processing, at the same time can achieve half dip tin effect;
5、The scrap disposal device is installed at the cutting and stripping position to avoid cutting off the copper wire due to the scrap not falling off in time, and the tin furnace part is designed with an automatic scraping device to make the surface of the tin dip free of oxidized tin chips and to ensure the neatness of the table.
